    everyone, download the OPT video from the crossfit main website today (Friday)…right there at the :22 second mark is a great video portion of PCF representing at the Crossfit Games! And of course, Jon Matzner has his shirt off. Jon, you should probably start zoning.

    The problem with Jon in this video is not in zone or lack of zone, but more in lack of mustache. As you can clearly see- Jon is looking from left to right thinking about a power move he can easily implement next year to make him the best looking man at the crossfit games. There are a lot of good looking cut up dudes, but Jon being an intelligent man realizes he can easily trump them all. He realizes that he doesnt need to weigh his red meat, count his almonds, or “watch” his drinking to be the best looking man there. The only “watching” of drinking that needs to take place is the pint of beer to the lips to make sure he hits his target. Jon discovered at the crossfit games that the mustache is the true power move that gives more strength than paleo/zone, and attracts more women than Vegas Mike. FACT- and its caught on tape…

    DF Pete – You rocked the DUs. I heard the rope whirring and was like “What the hell? Is Bryce doing MORE double unders???” When I was able to lift up my head I saw it was your 17 straight in the last set. Nice work.

    Subbed piked HSPU for sumo deadlift as the width of grip on dumbbells did not feel good for my shoulder.

    14:38? Or theres about. RX everything except Double Unders. I think that my Dec goal will be to work on those, one year of xfit and 0 DU. Must change
