On a different note...
All you PCF'ers I would love to hear what your goals are? Fitnes and health goals. As one of your trainers it's good to hear what your goals are. This way we can be more in tune with each of you.

Ok the feet thing is genetic.

I appreciate the switch from troll to hobbit though. Thanks Mike H.

And Boston Mike, I promise to keep my Jersey vernacular under control when you annihilate me at a WOD...which I expect to happen every time we are in class together :)

Let's be fair to Sharon and not call her trollesque...that might be a little too negative...I was thinking more hobbitesque...I think that might be more accurate especially considering her hairy feet...

Dude the troll connection was a bit of a stretch. And totally not appreciated as I've devolved to elastic waistbands in the past few days. Congratulations on being awesome at Crossfit. Maybe you could take some time off working out and focus on being a nice person :) trollesque should be a word though...

Sharon, I don't get it. How can a jungle gym work against you? I figured, with your trollesque figure and all, you'd fit in that jungle gym like a monkey on a tree.

As for me, I did 3x sets of 10 reps snatches with dumbells, then I did the WOD as RX'D in 9:20.

Since I don't have gym access at my parents' house, I decided to do a post Thanksgiving "Murph". Figured it would be a great way to start working off this holiday paunch. I lowered the number of pullups and added situps which, looking back, was dumb.

Murph-ish
Run 1 mile
50 pullups (dead hang)
100 situps
200 pushups (all regular)
300 squats
Run 1 mile

41:45 - Way slower than I had hoped. However I'd like to point out the several factors working against me:

1) total lack of AC/DC, Lynyrd Skynyrd or for that matter, any music at all
2) 3 over-excited dogs licking me throughout
3) my run was uphill
4) at least 8 lbs of turkey still residing in my mid section
5) sadly the 20 yr old wooden jungle gym in my backyard prevented me from kipping without serious head trauma...alas
6) no "positive encouragement" from Sunshine, TP or the rest of the Xfit coaches

On that note, I'll be stoked to get back to the gym once back in town. Hope everyone had a great holiday!
