    and five new ripped off callouses…. at least it wasnt as bad as johns bloody hand! I hope tomorrow is NOT grip work or else i’m in deep sh—

    Joe, you and John really kicked ass this morning. Although both of you had hands that looked like hamburger. I’m sure your hands were ready to rip after heavy deadlifts one day, high rep deadlifts the next, and 162 pullups in less than 20 minutes this morning. Pretty impressive.

    Tomorrow’s work-out will have to be a trail run if the posted WOD has much grip work.

    Sshhhh……… don’t tell the staff at PCF. For fear of incurring the wrath of the crossfit community, I dare say that I subbed good ol’ fashioned pullups for the kipping kind. I promise it won’t happen again.
