    What do people think about a 5am class?

    I’m a morning person. I’d definitely show up.

    5 AM class would be good for me and my work schedule. I think there’s enough folks in the same boat that would show up and it would be worth doing.

    It felt really good to do some deads this morning. Maybe a little shorter warm-up before a pure strength session?

    Ken, I hear what your saying. On the other hand, being good and warm is safer for you on the Big lifts.

    Back feels good after them actually! “activating the ass” clearly worked and not trying to jerk it off the ground. 225 next time for sure.

    I’m in for 5 am class if there is one!

    Also, warmups are awesome so lets work up to a 50 muscle up warmup! does sarcasm convey on this thing?

    I did this workout monday. Worked up to a set of 5 at 365lbs. That’s a PR folks! Second DL PR I have set in the last two weeks. I think it’s because I’m eating more and doing shorter metcons.
