Pre move in/Miller Lite WOD: I can’t do one muscle up, let alone 30 (but am looking forward to finally getting one some day at the new box!!), so I did Cindy instead.
As rx’d:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Was feeling a little off today, but still managed to get 13 rounds, 5 pull ups and 5 push ups. So close to 14…damn. All pull ups and squats unbroken….it is the push ups that kill me.

What we don’t get any beer for loading the truck? Seriously it was a pleasure meeting you guys today. Enjoy the equipment. I hope to stop down there at some point.
