    Run 150m (to 13th st and back)
    20 Double Unders
    10 Single Arm DB Snatch, 35 lbs (5 each arm)
    Time: 7:58

    Notes: Splits where 2:27; 3:14; 2:15. Double Unders real tough on that middle one, they just seem to be real hit or miss lately. Good quick WOD though with min equipment and right out the front door.
