		<description>I have no idea.  my fastest round was 3:22 and my longest round was like 6:30-ish as RX'd but the rest was me trying not to barf and ken shouting "ZERO, ZERO, ZERO" while i did pushups.

That's a tough one.  The pushups suck really bad, but I did not break my squats on the last 2 rounds.   I feel like I need a nap.</description>
