CrossFit has been my training program since I deployed to Iraq and saw just how fast and strong it could make some our best soldiers. After being embedded with a Special Forces Unit and introduced to CrossFit’s Workout of the Day, I never looked back. I have played sports, run races, copied the workout routines of NFL players and World Class body builders. None of them worked to help me achieve strength, endurance, and general health like CrossFit. I shed more fat then when I trained like a marathoner and got stonger than when I trained like a bodybuilder. I became a CrossFit certified trainer to share my excitement with other people and help them achieve their personal fitness goals. Now we have Potomac CrossFit. An incredible facility with all the equipment, knowledge, and enthusiasm to bring elite fitness to the people that walk through our door.
