Kari Parsons

I’ve been involved in athletics and a variety of sports my entire life, but after high school and college spent most of my time running and doing any and all forms of cardio with little weight just to stay “toned”. I considered myself very fit, but my definition of fit was really just being thin and looking good. I discovered Crossfit in 2009 through the recommendation of a friend and haven’t looked back since. I now value strength, health, nutrition and the longevity of life over just being thin and have found that and much more through CrossFit.
