5×2 Skin the Cats

1 Round:
10 Snatches
10 Squat Clean and Jerk
10 Power Clean and Jerk

For time and weight. Pick the heaviest weight you can manage and still get through the reps without taking too much rest. Snatches will likely be the limiting factor, so pick weights based on that. Ideally, your weights will be somewhere in the range of 80-90% of your 1RM snatch (which should be slightly heavier than the weight you would use for Isabel). This should be a 3 to 8 minute WOD.

30 Walls Balls (20/12)
30 DB Push-press (40/25)
30 Box Jumps (24)
300m Row
30 KB Swings (1.5/1)
30 Deadlifts (225/135)

A team of four (2 men 2 women if possible) will complete this WOD. Each person will complete 30 Wall Balls one at a time. All 4 will move to the next four movements and complete them simultaneously. The team cannot rotate until all members have completed their exercise. Once all four teammates have completed all four exercises, they will move to the deadlift. Each member will complete 30 repetitions and then allow the next person to begin. The time ends when all four members have completed the deadlifts.
